Hi Syrian government and people.

Greetings from Australia/Philippines and welcome to the free world.

Note that you are currently free ALREADY, despite the fact that you
haven't YET even held elections.

That is because you are "not subjugated" and you can feel that.

Here is some Arabic for you:

In English, that is "fight subjugation".

Thankyou for your bravery of standing up for freedom
against impossible odds. I'm so sorry you had to fight
virtually alone.

Note that I tried my best to get the Australian military to come
to your aid. I am sending you a photo of me holding a one-man
protest in Auburn, Sydney, NSW, Australia in 2012.

Unfortunately I was unable to inspire my countrymen or even
my own family to support me.

Believe me I did my best. I literally couldn't think of anything
else to do.

My headband is supposed to say "I love Syria" - but I don't
speak Arabic so don't know for sure. My Egyptian neighbor
wrote it for me (I was living in Lidcombe at the time).

Note that I am not Syrian or Arab - I just don't like cruel dictators,
which I consider to be modern-day slavery.

Please let me know if I can help preserve your existing freedom.

Sorry - forgot the photo.

Also note that you need to look carefully - I reused the same
sign that I used to try to get support for the Libyans. So if you
look closely, I crossed out LIBYA and wrote SYRIA. Also note
that I alternated between AIR and GROUND support because
at the time, the Libyans looked like they couldn't win with only
air support.
